This calculator runs entirely in your browser. There are no accounts, no sign-up, and nothing you type is ever transmitted.

What we collect

Nothing you enter. We run no backend and no database of our own, and we cannot see the numbers you type: supplier costs, prices, and margins are computed on your device and never sent anywhere.

We do see anonymous, aggregate traffic figures - how many people opened a page, which country they were in, and how quickly the page loaded. That comes from Cloudflare Web Analytics, described below. It is counted per page view rather than per person, and it is never joined to anything you type.

Data stored on your device

Your saved records and input values are kept in your browser's local storage so the page can restore them on your next visit. This data stays on your computer. Clearing your browser's site data for this site deletes it permanently, and we keep no copy.

Cookies

We set no cookies, and nothing the page loads sets one either. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless by design: it stores no identifier on your device and does not use cookies or local storage to recognise you between visits.

Analytics

This site loads exactly one external file: a small measurement script from static.cloudflareinsights.com, part of Cloudflare Web Analytics. It reports page views and page-speed measurements so we can see which pages get used and which ones are slow.

It cannot read the calculator. The values in those fields are never written to the page's network traffic, so there is nothing there for it to collect. Cloudflare states that the service uses no cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track people across sites; you can read their description of it in the Cloudflare Web Analytics documentation and their privacy policy.

Everything else the page needs is served from this domain. No font, icon, image, or script is fetched from anywhere else, and the typefaces are the ones already installed on your own system.

Separately from analytics: this site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, so Cloudflare's network carries every request to it, including your IP address, whether or not the measurement script runs. That is true of any website and whoever hosts it.

Sharing

We have no data to sell or disclose, and we run no advertising. Cloudflare is the one third party involved, as host and as the analytics provider described above. Nothing is shared with anyone else.
